1. How do I join the celebration?

Subscribe to the Jumexology Challenge here, then Follow @JumexUS on Instagram, Post a video showing your original cocktail or mocktail made with any Jumex flavor, tag @JumexUS, and include #Jumexology.

2. Can I enter more than once?

Yes! You’re welcome to share as many different cocktail videos as you’d like during the submission period (Nov 17 – Dec 17). Just make sure each post features a unique recipe and includes all the required hashtags and tags.

3. When will winners be announced?

All winners will be announced on Dec 19, 2025 via Instagram Stories.
Keep notifications on, that’s where we’ll tag and celebrate the top mixes!

4. What kind of prizes can I win?

6. What type of content should I post?

We’re looking for fun, creative, and inspiring videos that show how you mix Jumex into your holiday moments. Show your recipe, ingredients, and personality, whether you’re in your kitchen, at a bar, or in your backyard. Keep it authentic, joyful, and safe to share!

7. Do I need to use a specific Jumex product?

Any Jumex fruit nectar or juice works, feel free to choose your favorite flavor or mix a few! The key is that Jumex must be visible and clearly part of your recipe.

8. Do I have to be a professional bartender or creator?

Not at all. The Mix-Off is open to everyone: home mixologists, hobbyists, and pros alike. The celebration is about sharing joy and creativity, not professional credentials.

9. Why hasn’t my video been reposted yet?

Reposts appear once entries are verified for eligibility (hashtags, tags, and recipe clarity).
If your video meets all requirements, it will appear within 72 hours on @JumexUS Stories. If not, check that you followed all steps.

10. Can I participate if I don’t live in the U.S.?

For now, the contest is open only to U.S. residents aged 21 or older. We hope to expand JUMEXOLOGY to other regions in the future!

11. What if my account is private?

We can’t see posts from private accounts. To ensure your entry counts, temporarily set your account to public until your video is confirmed and reposted.

12. Can I use alcohol in my cocktail?

Yes; both alcoholic and non-alcoholic recipes are welcome.
Just remember: the message should promote responsible enjoyment and not overconsumption.

13. What if I make a mistake in my post?

No problem! You can delete and repost within the submission window (before Dec 17, 2025). Just make sure your final post includes all correct tags and hashtags.

14. Who owns the rights to the content I share?

You keep ownership of your original recipe and video.
 By entering, you grant Jumex a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to feature your content for campaign promotion; always with proper credit.

15. How will I receive my prize?

 We’ll contact winners directly through a DM from our official @JumexUS account to share prize details and ask for their preferred contact info, including the best email to receive the prize.

16. How will I get my prizes?

Prizes will be sent to the email address provided by each winner, so please double-check that it’s entered correctly and free of typos. Once we receive your email, it can’t be changed.

All prizes will be delivered by email on December 22, 2025.
